so, since this blog is kinda neglected, i'm going to make it not neglected by posting an entry.

anyways, so yeah. NIDHOG.

basically, i'm going to go on a songwriting slash recording killing spree cos i have lots of stuff i want to record. i'm probably writing this as a reminder to myself to lay down the tracks for all the little things i've written. no ones probably going to read this but me. so i'm probably talking to myself. k cool.

anyways, im hoping for nidhog to play tiny shows. my friend chris (from the now defunctlolol band nanomachines) says he'll drum for me. its going to be a drum/guitar combo. YEAH. digital distortion!? no. sd-1 super overdrive coolio pedal!? yeah.

oh yeah. i'm in a band too called behold antagony. its rap metal. its like for doods who eat babies for BRUNCH. yep.

lastly, i'm redoing one of my OLD old songs. sweet :]

hi i'm james. i'm in a band called nid-hog.

i made this little acoustic/synth project in 2007.

in this little band project thing i sing songs about dragons/mastodons/zeldas

also random crap with lyrics that'll make you laugh cos who'd want to sing them? it basically equals nerdcore/n64core/beast modeness. yea. i don't exactly hate labeling but if i were to describe the sounds of nidhog, it might be the above.

anyways though, i decided to get back into this thing after not really doing anything with it for a while. on april 10, oh nine, i signed into myspace and put up some crap. you probably found this blog thru myspace. yay. but anyways yeah its just like 3 new songs which aren't new. one of them is even a song i wrote for another of my bands called the nanomachines XD but yeah it sounds nid-hog-ish-y so yeah. for all the audio snobs who might come across this, i know the bass/mixing in the songs is kinda fail. k.
